Dearest Sister will be celebrating its Italian Premiere at the famous Far East Film Festival in Udine at the end of April.
From the Festival’s page:
In spite of the global village and a millennium where the internet eliminates distances, there are still corners of the world and corners of Asia we know very little of and rarely visit. And it’s precisely from here – from the banks of the Mekong – that a supernatural thriller emerges which is destined to make its mark, both because it comes from Laos, one of the poorest parts of the world, and because the thriller in question is an extremely memorable one. We’re talking about Dearest Sister, selected for the 19th Far East Film Festival in Udine (21/29 April) and directed by the incredible Mattie Do (she will be attending Udine as special guest)!
